Do I have to pay in full when I book my vacation? Can I have a payment plan?

Most vacation packages have a deposit due at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 30-60 days prior to travel. Payment plans are available to fit your budget and needs.

How far in advance should I contact you?

The earlier the better! For Disney World, you ideally want to book at least 6 months in advance for the best availability for dining and special experiences. For cruises, the rates generally are best the earlier you book. We are constantly monitoring for discounts for our clients, so we can adjust their reservation and save them as much as possible.

We have many clients who are well-traveled…. But they still book their vacations with us. Having an expert to review plans, ask questions, bounce ideas off of, and have a relationship with is priceless. In case of an emergency, our clients have a travel advisor who already knows them personally whom they can text, call, or email to help instead of calling a 1-800 number and waiting on hold to speak with a stranger. It doesn’t cost anymore, so why not have a travel advisor on your side?

I am overwhelmed with planning a Disney World vacation. What can you do for me?

Disney World can be very overwhelming… so trust the experts! We can work with you to design a personalized itinerary based on your family’s interests, desires, and needs. We will explore resort options that work best for your family and your budget. We will make dining reservations for you, assist with fastpass selections, provide touring plans, schedule special experiences (makeovers, tours, etc), and provide helpful tips and information. While you are traveling, we are available to answer any questions, help make last minute changes, or assist in an emergency.

Our concierge planning services vary depending on travel destination and client. We can do as little or as much of the planning as you would like. From the first thoughts of a vacation to your return home, we are available to answer questions, provide recommendations, handle all the details of your vacation, and assist in any way you need. Our extensive knowledge and training on all destinations allows us to provide expert advice and information to our clients. We constantly monitor for discounts or promotions that will benefit our client’s.
